I remember a while ago, someone talked about his/her problem --- stomach upset
in the morning; especially when brushing teeth in the morning. (nausea)
I also had the same problem for long time.
Just recently a very good doctor found what was wrong. At least to me, several days in a row
I never had this feeling in the morning anymore after taking all the following
steps.
Mine is caused by "heart burn", (in my case, it is silent heart burn, I even
didn't feel it.)
If your is also related to the acid reflux, try:
1. put 4 inches block under the head side of your bed.
2. take 2 table spoon mallox at night before you go to sleep.
3. don't eat/drink (water is fine) anything 2 hrs before you go to sleep.
I also take drugs in the morning, but it is prescibed. You need to see your
doctor to get it. At least you can try the above 3 steps to see whether it
helps.
